====== Basic Information on DWD-Alerts ======
Within this rubric we provide weather-alerts provided via the open data service of Deutscher Wetterdienst (www.dwd.de).

The alerts are fetched each 5 minutes from the webpage and new alerts were send out into regional transmitter-groups matching the 'Bundesland'. So for example Berlin only gets warings for Berlin, Saarland for Saarland.
