Within this two rubrics we provide weather-alerts provided via the open data service of Deutscher Wetterdienst (www.dwd.de).

The alerts are fetched each 5 minutes from the webpage and new alerts were send out into regional transmitter-groups matching the definition of DWD for the relevance of the alert.

Because of this definition we have to send one message to different transmitter-groups so some groups are irrelevant but it is not detectable at the moment, which region to send to.

Maybe in future we'll find a way to do this.
