There are special transmitter groups on DAPNET which are explained below.
This special transmitter group is designed to enable their members to transmit DX Cluster messages into rubrics. The reason why not all transmitters are member of this group by default is that some sysops of transmitters prefere to keep their bandwidth for other content to be transmitted with minimum delay. A possible solution is implementing a priority system in the queuing of the DAPNET, gut that's not the case at the moment.
This special „group“ is only sent locally by a transmitter on RIC „8“ (don't add 1000 for AlphaPocs!). Very handy, so you can check, which transmitters (beacons) you can hear. The beacons are sent periodically (every 10 minutes).
